About
I'm Megan. I've spent my career in project management, and I'm in the middle of a pivot — toward something I've always cared about more than Gantt charts: helping people grow.
Right now I'm exploring what that looks like in practice. I serve as Director of Mentorship for PMI San Diego, leading the Coaching Pods program. And I'm building toward a future focused on capability development and mentorship program design — the work that's felt most like mine.
Mentorship and community have seen me through the hardest stretches of my career. I write here because I think they're worth talking about honestly — not just as career strategies, but as lifelines. This space is also a record of the frameworks and tools I've built along the way.
I occasionally work with organizations on mentorship program design — if that's you, get in touch.
